Vendors and Trade sites

At this stage we are not taking further hot food vendors, although there is space for a coffee cart and/or ice cream vendor.

Basic sites are available for a number of vehicle-related trade displays. To book a site, please send an email to the above address with the following information:

• Organisation name
• Contact name
• Contact phone
• Description of activity

For the 2011 Show, vendor and trade sites incur no additional charges (entry is still $5 per person). Bookings are required as there will be a limited number of vendor spots available and some restrictions may apply. Trade stalls must be car/bike/vehicle related.
